  I had to have a faucet fixed after the City of Richmond hired a contractor to install new lines in our neighborhood. After a few weeks went by we ended up with rocks in our line which ruined our facets. Scott was right there to fix the plumbing and find the source of the problem. He even spoke to the contractor for me. I got reimbursed for my ruined faucet. Scott was their in a timely fashion and kept me up on what he was doing and why. The store has everything in it you need for repairs.
